Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Content

You may not use ModSuite's services to host, transmit, or distribute any illegal content or materials. This includes but is not limited to content that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

• Child exploitation material
• Copyright-infringing content
• Hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Fraudulent or deceptive material
• Content promoting illegal activities

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden on ModSuite's infrastructure and services:

• Phishing, social engineering, or credential harvesting
• Operating hacking tools, vulnerability scanners, or exploit kits
• Hosting malware, ransomware, or malicious scripts
• Launching DDoS or DoS attacks of any kind
• Port scanning or network probing without authorization
• Running spam campaigns, email bombing, or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Cryptocurrency mining without explicit written authorization

Abusive Traffic & Resource Usage

You may not use ModSuite's network or hosting services in a way that causes excessive or abusive resource consumption. This includes engaging in traffic exchange schemes, running automated scripts that degrade performance for other users, or using server resources for purposes unrelated to your hosted services in a way that impacts shared infrastructure.

Spam & Email Abuse

Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), maintaining open mail relays, or using deceptive email headers is strictly prohibited. All email sent from our infrastructure must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and applicable anti-spam regulations. Violation may result in immediate service suspension.

VPS & Hosting Resource Abuse

Shared hosting and VPS plans are subject to fair resource usage limits. You may not: use excessive CPU, RAM, or disk I/O that degrades service for other customers; run background daemons or processes unrelated to your hosted services without approval; or use hosting resources as backup storage, file sharing, or media streaming unless explicitly included in your plan.

Enforcement

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your services without notice. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation and take appropriate action, including cooperation with law enforcement authorities when warranted.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it immediately to abuse@modernlisim.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
