Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are applicable within 48 hours of placing a service order.
- Hosting and Domain service is non-refundable.
- Orders already delivered or in progress can not be refunded.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- No refunds will be processed if the order has already been delivered to the client.
- Refunds are not applicable if the order status indicates that we are actively working on fulfilling the order for categories Web Development & Design, UI/UX Design, Digital Marketing, Hosting, Domain, and other digital services.
Refund Process:
- To initiate a refund request, clients must contact our customer support team within the specified 48-hour window from the time of service order placement.

Refund Approval:
- Refunds will be approved only if they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
- Our team will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis and communicate the approval or denial to the client.
Refund Method:
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the service order.
- Clients should allow a reasonable processing time for the refunded amount to reflect in their account. Usually, it takes 7-14 days for funds to appear in the account from a payment made.
Exclusions:
- Refunds will not be provided for services that have been used or fully delivered.
- Changes in project scope, client preferences, or any other subjective reasons will not be considered grounds for a refund.
